Payment
Payment terms are agreed upon between Mediaway and the Client prior to the commencement of services. Payment is due according to the agreed-upon schedule outlined in the service agreement.

Cancellation of services must be made in writing. Refunds are issued according to the terms agreed upon.
Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to provide necessary information and materials in a timely manner to facilitate the delivery of services by Mediaway and/or it's partners.
Intellectual Property
All content created by Mediaway as part of the services provided, including but not limited to graphics, text, and designs, are the intellectual property of Mediaway unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Limitation of Liability
Mediaway shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the services; (iii) any content obtained from the services; or (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.
