What happens after I pay?
You'll land on a short onboarding form and we call you within one working day to kick off. Starter sites go live in about a week, Professional sites in about two.
Do I pay everything upfront?
No. You start with a 50% deposit on the starting price. After the kick-off we confirm your final price in writing, and the balance is due at launch. VAT is added at checkout (reverse charge for EU businesses with a VAT number).
Is the package price final?
The package prices are starting prices. After the kick-off call we confirm your final price in writing, based on what you need — before we start designing. Anything extra is only added with your approval.
Which payment methods can I use?
Bancontact, all major cards, iDEAL, Klarna and more, through Stripe's secure checkout. You receive a receipt by email.
Do I own the website?
Yes — 100%. Design files, code and all assets are yours after the final payment, with full handover documentation.
What about hosting and my domain?
Your domain stays in your name. Host anywhere you like, or let us take care of it with a hosting & care plan from €117/month.
