Who we are

Mediaway is operated by Desaever Group, VAT BE1019.705.075, Ostend, Belgium. Contact: hello@mediaway.net.

What we collect

When you fill in a form we receive the details you enter (name, email, phone, company, your answers and message). Forms are delivered to us by FormSubmit, which processes the data only to send it to us.

When you pay, Stripe processes your payment and collects your email, billing address, phone number, business name and (optionally) VAT number, which we receive for invoicing and VAT purposes. We never see your card details.

Hosting

This website is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes technical data such as your IP address to deliver the pages securely and protect against attacks. Fonts and images are served from our own website, not from third parties.

Cookies & analytics

We only use analytics cookies (Google Analytics) if you click “Accept” in the cookie banner. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set and the site works exactly the same. We store your choice and preferred language in your browser.

Why and how long

We use your details only to answer your request, prepare proposals and deliver our services (legal basis: the steps you ask us to take before a contract, and the performance of a contract — Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Enquiries that don't become projects are deleted after 12 months; client and payment records are kept as long as Belgian accounting law requires.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data at any time by emailing hello@mediaway.net. You may also complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority (gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit.be).
