07Questions
You can, if you or your IT person are comfortable with it. Most owners would rather not watch AI usage, fix answers and update prices themselves. If you stop, the tool is switched off, or we discuss a handover to your own account.
Yes, up to a cap we agree in writing. Above the cap, usage is passed on at cost, or we look together at whether AI partner suits you better.
Things like new prices, opening hours, an extra FAQ answer or a tone tweak. Up to 1 hour a month is included in AI management. Bigger changes fit AI partner.
Both run for at least 3 months. After that, AI management is monthly with 1 month's notice.
Maybe not for everything. Your IT person looks after computers and networks; we build and tune AI tools. Many businesses use both, and we are happy to work together.
Yes. Everything works online across Europe, in English, Dutch or French. We reply within 24 hours on working days, Belgian time.
If you have one building block that works and rarely changes, AI management is enough. Add AI partner only when you have a list of things to build.
