02What it does
What the session covers
No theory lecture and no slides full of logos. We work with the AI tools your team already has.
Every exercise uses your own material, so people leave with something they can repeat the next day.
Why on your own work
Generic AI courses teach generic prompts. People nod, then go back to doing things the old way.
When the exercise is the quote they have to send this afternoon, it sticks. Before the session we collect a few anonymised examples from your team, and we build the exercises around them.
The EU AI Act, without the scare
The EU AI Act asks organisations that use AI to take measures so their people understand it. The rule was amended in 2026 by Regulation (EU) 2026/1744, and it does not prescribe a specific course or certificate.
A practical session on the tools your team uses is one concrete measure. We do not give legal advice, and this training on its own does not make you compliant. If you need a record of who took part and what was covered, ask us.
03You give, you get
You give us
A 20-minute call about the tools your team uses
A handful of anonymised emails, quotes or texts

Online anywhere in Europe, or at your company in Belgium and the Netherlands
Paid up front. More than 12 people: we split into groups, one half day each.
Prices ex. VAT. EU businesses with a valid VAT number pay no Belgian VAT (reverse charge).
Good, then we start from what they do. The real questions are which account they use and what data they paste into it. The session makes that safe and makes their results better.
Is AI training mandatory under the EU AI Act?
The Act asks organisations that use AI to take measures for their staff's AI literacy. It was amended in 2026 and does not require one specific course. Check your own situation with your adviser.
Which AI tools do you cover?
The ones your team uses or is allowed to use, for example ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini or Claude. We do not push a tool.
Online or in person?
Online anywhere in Europe, by video. In person at your company in Belgium and the Netherlands.
We are more than 12 people. What then?
We split into groups of up to 12, one half day each. Smaller groups keep the exercises personal.
Do you also build AI tools after the training?
We can, but there is no obligation. Many teams first want to work well with the tools they have. If a bigger idea comes up, the AI scan is the next step.
When don't we need a training?
If nobody in your team uses AI at work, and you don't plan to let them, start by agreeing a simple policy. A training makes sense once people actually use the tools.
