02What it does
When an app is enough
If your documents mostly arrive in one place and your accounting software already reads them well, keep using it. You do not need us for that.
We build this when documents come from many places and in many formats, and someone spends hours sorting them before they even reach the software. That is where the time goes, and that is where this helps.
You and your accountant stay in charge
The assistant prepares, it does not do your bookkeeping. You check what it sorted, and your accountant stays responsible for the books and the tax return.
We agree with you, and ideally with your accountant, how the documents should be delivered. We give no tax or accounting advice.
Your financial data
These are sensitive documents. We use only what the task needs, agree where everything is stored, and sign a data processing agreement before we build.
The AI model runs through a business API, today Claude by Anthropic. Under those business terms, your documents are not used to train the model.

Building blocks: 50% deposit, 50% on delivery. AI management: minimum 3 months, then monthly with 1 month's notice.

My accounting software already scans receipts. Why this?
If that works for you, you probably do not need this. It is for businesses where documents arrive from many places and sorting them is the slow part. The AI scan tells you which case you are.
Will it make mistakes?
It can, especially with handwritten or unusual documents. That is why you check before anything goes through, and anything it is unsure about is flagged instead of guessed.
Does this replace my accountant?
No. It saves you and your accountant sorting time. The books and the tax return stay with your accountant.
Can I not just use ChatGPT for this?
For one receipt, yes. For a month of documents from different sources, sorted the same way every time and stored where your accountant expects them, you need something built for it.
What does it cost each month?

When don't I need this?
