General
What does Mediaway do?
We build websites, and we run AI that takes work off small businesses: a website assistant, email and quote drafting, review replies, appointment reminders, an internal knowledge assistant, receipt sorting, team training and social media content. We start with a scan, so we only build what helps.
Do I need technical knowledge?
No. We build, test and connect everything. You give us your information and real examples, and you approve what goes out.
I already use ChatGPT. Why would I pay you?
A chat window doesn't know your prices, sit in your inbox or answer on your website. We build AI into the places you already work, from your own information, and keep it running.
Do you work outside Belgium?
Yes. Everything works online across Europe, in English, Dutch or French. On-site sessions are possible in Belgium and the Netherlands.
Who builds it?
We do: a small studio in Oostende. You talk to the people who build and run your assistant, not to a sales team.
Data and the AI Act
What happens to my customer data?
We use only what a task needs, and we sign a data processing agreement before we build anything that touches customer data. For the scan itself you don't need to share sensitive data.
Which AI do you use?
Today, Claude by Anthropic, through its business API. Under those business terms your data is not used to train the model.
Does the assistant tell people it is AI?
Yes, always, at the start of every conversation. Questions it can't answer go to you.
Does the EU AI Act affect my business?
The AI Act asks organisations that use AI to take measures for their staff's AI literacy (Article 4, amended in 2026 by Regulation (EU) 2026/1744). It doesn't prescribe a specific course. We give no legal advice; check your own situation with your adviser.
Can AI make mistakes?
Yes. That's why assistants only answer from information you approved, are tested on 20 of your real examples, and why anything sent in your name waits for your approval.
Prices and payment
Why pay for a scan when others offer a free call?
Because you leave with a written plan with prices and a quick win, not a sales pitch. And the full amount is credited when you build within 30 days.
How does the credit work?
Start a building block or AI partner within 30 days of your scan, and the full scan price comes off. Move to a deeper scan within 14 days and you only pay the difference.
What do I pay every month?
AI management is €149 a month for your first building block: hosting, AI usage up to an agreed cap, a monthly check, small changes and a one-page report.
How can I pay?
By card, Bancontact, iDEAL or SEPA through Stripe. Scans are paid up front. Building blocks and websites: 50% deposit, 50% on delivery.
What about VAT?
Prices exclude VAT. Belgian clients pay 21%. EU businesses with a valid VAT number pay no Belgian VAT (reverse charge).
Can I stop?
Monthly services run at least 3 months. After that, AI management stops with 1 month's notice.
When you don't need us
Fewer than five customer questions a week?
A clear FAQ page on your website does the job. You don't need a customer assistant.
A review a month?
Reply yourself. It takes two minutes. Review handling pays off when reviews come in every week.
Your accounting app already reads your receipts?
Keep using it. Admin intake is for documents that arrive from many places.
Your booking system already sends reminders?
Switch on its confirm or reschedule option first. We'll show you how.
You enjoy posting and manage it every week?
Keep doing it yourself. The Content Engine is for when it keeps slipping.
Your website is fast, clear and easy to update?
Keep it. Add the customer assistant to it instead of building a new site.
