Do I need to be technical?
No. We build and run everything. You tell us how you work, approve what matters and use it.
Can't I just use ChatGPT myself?
You can, and for some tasks you should. What we add is everything around your business: your information, your templates and your tone, tested, connected and looked after every month.
Do you work outside Belgium?
Yes. Online across Europe in Dutch, French and English. On site in Belgium and the Netherlands.
Will my customers know they're talking to AI?
Yes. Our assistants say they are AI and pass on anything they don't know.
What happens to my data?
Before we build, we agree together what the assistant may use and where it is stored. Nothing goes live without your approval.
What does the EU AI Act ask of me?
Among other things, that your staff understand the AI they use (Article 4). Our workshop covers that in half a day.
What does it cost to start?
A quickscan is €249 and an AI scan €490. Both are credited in full when you build within 30 days.
What do I pay after it goes live?
From €149 per month per building block for hosting, AI usage up to an agreed limit, a monthly check, small changes and a one-page report.
Are prices excluding VAT?
Yes. EU businesses with a VAT number pay with reverse charge.
You get only a few questions a week.
Then a customer assistant won't pay off. A good FAQ page will do.
