1.Scope
These terms apply to every quote, order and service from Mediaway: scans, AI building blocks, AI management, AI partner, training, the Content Engine, websites and hosting. Anything agreed in writing in a quote takes precedence.
2.Prices
Prices are in euro and exclude VAT. Belgian clients pay 21% VAT; EU businesses with a valid VAT number pay no Belgian VAT (reverse charge). Website prices are from-prices; the final price is confirmed in writing after the kick-off.
3.Payment
Scans and training are paid up front. Building blocks and websites: 50% deposit, 50% on delivery or launch. Monthly services are invoiced [monthly in advance: to confirm]. Payment via Stripe or bank transfer within [term to confirm].
4.Scan credit
The full price of a scan is credited when you start a building block or AI partner within 30 days of the scan. Moving to a deeper scan within 14 days: you pay only the difference.
5.What you provide
The information the AI works from (FAQ, price lists, templates, procedures), real examples to test with, access to the systems involved, one contact person and a signed data processing agreement. Delivery times depend on receiving these.
6.AI and your approval
AI can make mistakes. Assistants answer from the information you approved and say that they are AI. Emails, quotes, review replies and posts sent in your name are sent only after your approval. Mediaway gives no legal, tax or accounting advice and does not guarantee results such as time saved or revenue.
7.Monthly services
AI management, AI partner and the Content Engine run for at least 3 months, then month to month with 1 month's notice [notice for AI partner and Content Engine: to confirm]. When AI management stops, the building block is switched off, or handed over to your own account [terms to confirm].
8.Ownership

10.Law and disputes
