02What it does
Your voice, not a template
Generic replies read like generic replies. Before we build, we read your past replies and agree on a few rules: how you greet people, what you never say, when you sign with your name.
The drafts follow those rules. You approve each one, so nothing goes out that you would not have written yourself on a good day.
Negative reviews
For a critical review, the draft stays calm, thanks the guest and never argues. You decide whether to post it, change it, or pick up the phone instead.
For a real complaint, a personal reply from you is usually better than any draft. The assistant makes sure you see it quickly.
Asking for reviews, the right way
The review request goes to your customers in general, not only to the ones you expect to be happy. Google's rules do not allow you to filter out unhappy customers or reward people for reviews, and we build it to respect that.
Posting replies directly to Google needs access that we check for each business. Until then, you post the approved reply with one copy and paste.

Google is adding AI replies to Business Profile. Why pay for this?
Google is testing suggested replies, and availability differs by country. If that covers you, use it. We add your own voice and rules, the reviewer's language, review requests to your customers and a monthly check.
Does it post replies automatically?
No. Every reply waits for your approval. That is the point: AI does the first draft, you stay the voice of your business.
Which review platforms does it work with?
Google reviews first. Other platforms, such as booking or travel sites, we check for each business during the intake, because their access rules differ.
Can I just use ChatGPT for my replies?
For the odd review, sure. The value here is that it happens for every review, in your tone, without you opening a chat window and copying text back and forth.
What does it cost each month?
