02What it does
Good answers need good documents
The assistant is only as good as what you give it. If two documents say different things, it cannot know which one is right.
So during the build we flag outdated or conflicting information and ask you to choose. Many owners find that step useful on its own: your procedures get tidied up along the way.
Private by design
Only your team can use it. We agree which documents go in, and we leave out anything sensitive, such as personnel files. Before we build, we sign a data processing agreement.
The assistant runs on a business AI model through its API, today Claude by Anthropic. Under those business terms, your documents are not used to train the model.

Which documents can it use?
Common formats like PDFs, Word files, spreadsheets and shared documents. We check what you have during the AI scan or intake.
What happens when a procedure changes?
You tell us, and we update it. Small changes up to 1 hour a month are included in AI management.
Can it give a wrong answer?
Yes, AI can make mistakes, especially if documents disagree. That is why we test with 20 real questions and tell the assistant to say when it does not know, instead of guessing.
