How it works
The assistant sits in the inbox you already use. It does the first draft.
You stay the sender. Every reply and every quote waits for your approval.
Inbox and quote assistant
Requests come in while you are busy with customers. The assistant reads them and drafts the reply or quote from your own templates and price list. You check, adjust and send.

Sarah: Hi, could you send me a price for a group dinner for 18 people on 14 December? Thanks, Sarah

Hi Sarah, thank you for your request. For 18 guests on 14 December we suggest our group menu at €42 per person, drinks not included. Shall I hold the date for you? Kind regards, the Example Bistro team

You stay the sender. Every reply and every quote waits for your approval.
A quote is a promise in your name. So the assistant never sends anything on its own. It puts a draft in front of you, with the prices it used, and you decide.
That also makes it safe to start. You see every draft, so you learn quickly where it is good and where it needs your touch.
It works best when many requests look alike: quote requests, availability questions, standard information. That is where drafting from your templates saves the most typing.
One-off, complex projects still need you. The draft gives you a head start, not a finished answer. If your requests are mostly unique, the AI scan will tell you before you spend anything on a build.
A build is only as good as what goes in. We keep the list short.
If something is missing, we tell you in the intake, not halfway through the build.

The built-in tools write in general terms. This assistant works from your own price list, templates and conditions, so the quote uses your prices. If the built-in tool already does what you need, the AI scan will tell you.
No. It only drafts. Every message waits for your approval.
We agree up front which mailbox it reads, for example your info address or a quotes folder. Personal mail stays out. We use only what the task needs and sign a data processing agreement first.
Often, yes. That is why this block costs more than the others: we build your price logic and test it on 20 real emails. Exceptions it cannot price are flagged for you instead of guessed.
AI management from €149 a month: hosting, AI usage up to an agreed cap, a monthly check, small changes up to 1 hour and a one-page report. Minimum 3 months, then monthly.
If you get only a few requests a week, or every one is a unique project, drafting from templates saves little. Keep writing them yourself.
